To provide the services of carrying out civil and environmental engineering works, as well as maintenance work related to the use, production and storage of energy.

In addition, we will keep you informed of the projects that we develop for our customers, either in terms of technical advice, with all those communications that we believe relevant, and that may be of interest and allow you to be aware of the development of facilities or executions that we perform for you. Also, and if we have your consent, we may send you commercial information about our services that may be useful to you.

– Users who contact us through the web, social networks or by telephone:

If you are not yet a customer, but you have requested information from us, we will respond to your request and if you are interested and do not give your consent, we will use your data to inform you of those areas that are of interest to you or of those developments in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector that may benefit you (grants, subsidies, developments in self-consumption and generation management procedures, services we offer, projects we develop, etc).

– If you have sent us your Curriculum Vitae:

We will use your data to manage them and take them into account in the possible personnel selection processes that we have active.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

We have a number of legal obligations that we must fulfill with respect to your data. Among these, we must provide this data when requested to do so by the relevant tax authorities or public authorities.

– While we have an active personnel selection process:

When you send us your CV, we will keep your personal data until the end of the personnel selection process, and if applicable, up to 3 more years.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

You can access, rectify, delete and oppose certain processing, as well as exercise your right to limit the processing, to portability and not to be subject to an individual decision based solely on automated processing.

We obtain your data when:

– You provide it to us when you register as a Client, either in person at our facilities, in the technical visit of our sales team in your company or organization, by telephone or email.

– You send us your Curriculum Vitae for possible personnel selection processes.

In any case, the personal data we process have been provided directly by the person concerned through the various forms available on the website, or through the cookies installed as can be found in our Cookies Policy.

Greening Concesiones, S.L. complies with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (RGPD), as well as the Organic Law on Data Protection and other regulations in force at all times, and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data.
